Thanh is a registered architect in SA and VIC. The principal architect of NCT firm. Award winner from the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. He has 35 years of experience, working in private practices and government, having done projects in Australia, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Indonesia, and Vietnam.

He is a creative architect with extensive experience in architecture, landscape, and interior, together with knowledge of BCA, and AS. With skills in communication, and the ability to provide solutions appropriate to client requirements, he managed projects successfully bringing client happiness and satisfaction.
